Borland Architecture

I will never recommend anyone to use the services of this architect. Roger is unprofessional and unethical. He colluded with builder/contractor(s) resulting into huge financial losses to developer. He compromised with quality and deliverables for monetary benefit of builder/contractors. I have already filed a formal complaint to ARBV (Architect Registrtation Board of Victoria) with documentary evidence as well as Architect Institute of Victoria to get his practices investigated. Besides , Roger neither has proper skills and experience to work as Architect as well as Architect Administrator.
