The customer service theyve provided at all our visits was rather disappointing. The store manager especially, he is not there to help customers but rude and unwilling. I would not recommend this store for their lack of care.

We went into the store haveing looked on line at a couple of washing machines with some questions Jake was helpful and filled us in on the questions between the 2 which helped us decide we neally fell over backwards when he said they could deliver the next day a great early delivery by Zac installed and ready to go thankyou to all at good guys

The worst customer service, manager is not helpful at all and I left in inconvenience with broken fridge and all my food got ruined because the damaged fridge they delivered.

Staff in store were lovely but their after sales is atrocious. We paid to have a washer/dryer delivered and installed and the old units removed. The first delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell so it was delivered the following day. The delivery guy wanted to get to the football that afternoon so didn't want to spend time levelling the feet on the washer and left it for my husband to do. My husband also had to fit the brackets for the washer /dryer. Delivery guy also said he couldn't fit my old washer/dryer in the truck and someone would collect it last week. I have contacted the store twice and still my old applicances are sitting in my courtyard, in the rain. Absolutely disgusted by their lack of follow up and the attitude of their delivery drivers. Don't shop here if you want the actual delivery service you pay for to take place - Appliances Online offers far better service!
