No Agent Property

Great service and Stan was so helpful, friendly and understanding. It was a seamless process to create the ad and being able to print out your own brochures is a huge plus. I would highly recommend No Agent Property to anyone wanting to sell their own property.

DO NOT USE NOAGENT> We paid for the premium package $2200 and No Agent provided no guidance during the process, did not provide accurate timeframes. The most help we had was how to process the fee to them :( The Realestate Add hits the bottom of the page on day one. We were told it would be $4500 to upgrade so not an affordable or realistic option. They mucked up the add so it didn't show a price and they put the wrong contact number! The brochures are printed off someone's home printer. The board was installed so late it was 30min before our first open. The "professional" photographer's images looked like a cartoon and the floorplan was so inaccurate, I had to measure the house room by room and draw it myself to provide to the company. They forgot the social media campaign until we asked after 2 weeks what statistics were provided. They then "listed" the add on week 3 of 4 a week campaign. No one provided any proof of the listing, who it was advertised to or what platforms. That was $350 of our money wasted. When enquiries come through they are 3 days late and only a mobile number. Some enquiries were never provided. Delay after delay after delay. The owner called us to apologize and when we asked for a refund she started blaming us, then deflected how it wasn't her fault. It took her 7 days for to "investigate" her own staff and just reverted to the blame us option. Avoid this company at all costs as it's more like a scam. We are hard working people trying to sell our family home.

Owner Jacqi is arogant and will blame you for everything ! Most of their reviews on facbook are not geniune. They have good concept but execusion is terrible , photographers are in experienced and he had no idea how to draw a floor plan, brochers were poor quality, social media campaign and global exposure is just a scam. All in all go with some other platfom that doesnt blame clients for everything they fail to deliver as promised.

We sold our home near Ballarat in Victoria. Our home sold itself, but using No Agent Property was a great experience. They helped us every step of the way, any questions etc etc. The lady helped us write the advert to get us going and that was very kind. We would do this again if we sell again and have recommended other folks selling aswell. We saved thousands in agents fee's and enjoyed doing it ourselves.
