A terrific example of covid safe practice. Open door, spaced seating, Perspex and distance from staff, air con, hepa filters, everyone has respirators on and patients have the same or masks. Very friendly, considerate, easy to talk to staff. It can be very busy and they absolutely try their best. As much as I dont want eye problems, very happy and feel looked after.

If you have all the time in the world to sit in a waiting room while you wait for a doctor who has been overbooked for his/her session this is the place for you. It shows contempt and disrespect for patients who are supposed to feel grateful to be seen. Someone is responsible. Unfortunately the receptionists and the other workers are working as hard as they can but are at the receiving end of the complaints. Its nothing short of disgraceful. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has self worth and self respect because you will not be valued by those who make the decisions. No one is that good and the costs are astronomical. The rebate is less than what I receive from a GP VISIT.

Yes I have to agree with other reviews regarding running very late. Been here twice and both times they running well behind with no explanation or apology. A text prior to the appointment would be easy and appreciated.

Wrote a very positive review regarding the professionalism of service by Tyneille, Melissa and Dr. Cleary last week. Today , Tyneille phoned my landline to ensure I knew about my Cateract surgery with Dr. Cleary Wednesday October 28. I had not answered her voicemails but Tyneille wanted to be assured that I knew about my surgery appointment. Again, wonderful professional service and attention to customer service. Outstanding. Sadly, this place is a joke. Twice I have been here: A 4:45pm appointment - was seen at 6:20pm. An 8:50am appointment - its currently 10:15 and Im still waiting. If this is the norm, how on earth can you not see there is a major problem and change the duration of your bookings so people dont waste hours of their time sitting and waiting for appointments running hours behind? Is it because you try cram in as many people as you can to make as much money as you can? To rub salt in, three (no exaggeration) people who were triaged after me and entered the waiting area after me were seen before me by the same doctor. What gives? It should be noted the receptionists and nurses are polite, professional and efficient. Of the two doctors I saw, one was very thorough however the other seemed to rush through without as much care demonstrated. Jetstar is better.
