Dr Danny H F Chen

Dr Danny Chen is an excellent Respiratory Specialist and I highly recommend him. However, his reception staff are quite unfriendly over the phone and are not very kind, understanding or compassionate. I think their dismissive attitude towards the patient is doing a great disservice to Dr Danny Chens reputation and to his Medical Practice in general. Dr Danny Chen himself is a very kind, warm, welcoming, caring and highly competent Physician and he deserves far better public representation than his current reception staff are providing. I hope that he reads these reviews/comments as I am certainly not the only patient of his who has been treated in a very non empathetic and dismissive manner by his receptionists, especially over the phone
