        We bought land & had a home built by local small builders avoid them many mistake & poor workmanship. Quiet estate but neighbours dont return my friendliness. At least say hi & wave back dont go on their community page nastiness & bullying. Not a great experience so far. I thought people were more friendly & not rude on public forums. Ill create my own happiness & rock on.
