Blackburn Speech Pathology

My son really likes his speech therapist Vanessa. She is very experienced and patient. More importantly, she can set up more detailed learning plan and goal according to the personality of each child. The learning atmosphere in Blackburn Speech Pathology is pretty amazing. My son already got much improvement under the professional help from them. Really appreciate for all of help there!

If I could give 10 stars out of ten, I would. We are so lucky to come across path with Chloe Wong at Blackburn Speech Pathology. We are so grateful in so many ways for their services, support, guidance and tips given to our son as well as to us as parents. We started speech therapies with Chloe about 3 years ago. Within these years, Blackburn Speech Pathology had grown and expanded its services to include play therapy and OT, which I believe help our son enourmously in achieving his goals. We attended play therapies with Christal, she is very patient and passionate about what she does. Just what our son needed. Yvanna who had provided us with OT also nothing but great. Very professional and knowledgable on what she does. We are currently on ongoing speech therapies with Danielle who is lovely and great with our son. She is very professional yet caring and patient. We cannot say thank you enough to all the staff members at Blackburn Speech Pathology, especially to Chloe, Christal, Yvanna and Danielle. Our son will not be how he is today without the great support and care from them. On the plus note, almost all the staff are bilingual speakers and understand our language culture which I dont think a lot of other speech pathologist or OT gets.

We have been consulting the speech pathologist Chloe Wong for nearly a year. My son has made significant improvement on his speech and social skills since then. I still remember the scene on the first day we went to the clinic that my son melted down on floor refusing to step into the room. At that time he could only say a few sounds. Chloe guided us through how to help him at home and provided very interactive and interesting sessions that my son enjoyed a lot even during lockdown. She also taught us some useful hand gestures for those sounds that he couldn't say to make them easier to say. She listened to my concerns and made adjustments to suit our needs from time to time. Now my son has grown to a very talkative, social and confident 4-year-old boy, thanks to the help of Chloe and Owen.
