I went to see Cat for shoulder pain, having been to another Osteo who couldn't fix it. We were able to eliminate the pain after a few treatments, and I now see Cat regularly to maximise injury prevention. She is an excellent Osteo, who is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend Cat highly enough! In our very first session she took the time to learn about my concerns and gave great advice on the kind of treatment she recommends. Cat is extremely flexible with appointment times and allows me to choose how many weeks between sessions. She doesnt want me to rely on the work she does, I have exercises and stretches I do at home, and wants our sessions to eventually be adjustments when necessary.
