Saw developmental optometrist Tuyet Diep. She listens! And understands. Now, after 17 years of frustration with multi-focals insisted on by my last four optometrists each recommending some latrest multifocal design (one of who tried finally to get me bi-focals - but they were way off), I now have bi-focals again. yea! They work, superbly!...I simpy cannot believe how clearly I am seeing things. After three months I am still finding myself just loving the wide field clarity. I used to wear bifocal contacts (30+years) 'cos I cannot stand the blur/distortion on the edges of multi-focals - but now: its an amazing pair of bi-focals with perfectly positioned reading segment. The stress reduction has been remarkable! Tuyet Diep is not just about knowing how to correct sight: as a developmental optometrist she is interested in and understands the individual differences in vision and perception needs of her clients, young and old!

Very unprofessional clinic. Strangely, the main doctor of this clinic is their receptionist. This main "doctor" decides what kind of treatment needs to be done, how urgent such treatment or procedure needs to be done and so on. Based on her decision, appointments might be cancelled, while in fact this person has no understanding of things whatsoever. It is unclear why this clinic needs doctors at all when their receptionist can "treat" patients.
