Eden Rise Family Clinic

Its the first time a GP said she has no time for a patient anymore for todays session, but I have only been seen for a few minutes, let alone I have been waiting for 30 minutes. Her attitude was rude and did not care about the patients request - I couldnt even finish my conversation with her. I hope Dr. Shasheen could care more about patients instead of pushing them out of the door like a production line. Wont go back to see this doctor anymore. The receptionist and Dr. Linda have been very helpful and lovely!

Have been coming here since it opened, Dr Ahkter is lovely but after today I dont think Ill be going back. Thought I had an appointment booked through Health Engine. Was told by receptionist that there was no appointment booked. I asked if anyone could fit me in. She said no as they were very busy and the doctor on duty was fully booked. As I was the only one there, I ask if I could wait in case his next patient was running late. She checked with the doctor and he said he would not see any extra patients. I pointed out that there was no one with him and no one waiting so why couldnt he see me. She just said sorry.

Been coming here for years.. Booked a Telehealth appointment for antibiotics whilst having tonsillitis. Couldnt go into the clinic due to having symptoms and also being in a moonboot unable to drive. Doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics over the phone and insisted that I had to go into the clinic? Are you helping patients or ripping off the Medicare system?

I will never ever come back to this clinic, no patience at all when it comes to handling a child and as a professional you should know to keep your distance not using your knee to hit me while I am trying to calm my child. I felt so uncomfortable and lucky my husband was there with me and he stopped the doctor straight away. Second complain was, we were waiting for our turn to get a blood sample, when it got to our turn, the nurse said that she is not adamant to draw blood from our child as he is too young. Fair enough. but come on guys you are only a small organization. Love your job and commit to it. communication is key. I wish to see this place improve. ps. don't let your patient wait 30mins and tell them sorry I cant get the job done. God bless all your doctors especially our dear friend Ali.

The place is cold the reception staff wear puffer jackets to keep warm. You have the pleasure of sitting there for at least 40 mins min In old worn out couches. The doctors are not interested, i had 30 staples I had to have removed and he did not have a staple remover. Then he did not have waterproof clear tape. Hopeless. Perscriptions not written out properly for child. Medication refused for mycancer awful places
