Dr Francis Chan was wonderful. He was helpful, kind and caring after a very traumatic experience with another dentist and a faulty crown. I can highly recommend Dr Chan. Extra plus he is a great singer which put me at ease!

Staff are really friendly. Dr Francis made me feel relaxed and explained all options of treatments with coats involved. The dental nurse was great. I highly recommend this practice.

Im a general dentist and had an opportunity to come in and learn from a specialist endodontist here. I can vouch for Dr. Francis Chan, the reception staff and nurses. Dr. Francis is a wealth of knowledge and is very thorough with his work. He is an excellent communicator too being able to explain detailed and complex findings in lay terms to help his patients understand. The nurse Cheryle and reception Amanda were also incredibly nice to patients putting them at ease. I would highly recommend Berwick Endodontics to patients and local referring dentists!

A huge thank you to the lovely girls at reception and Dr.Francis for accomodating me as an Emergency. The entire team is very welcoming, friendly and the clinic presents a relaxing atmosphere with modern technology. Absolutely pain free experience with exemplary care from everyone involved in my care. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough to anyone looking for a specialist Endodontist. Great job guys. You are an asset to Berwick and surrounding suburbs.
