        Ive had 3 ultrasounds here and all 3 times I was impressed. Staff are amazing with excellent service. The sonographer was super kind and friendly and warm. The appointments ran on time and the booking process was easy and results were so quick. I would absolutely come back!

        Disappointed. I have been through Monash ultrasound for woman with all my pregnancies and they had been amazing. I had my NIPT done through them and was told I would receive a phone call with the results as Ive had some complications in a previous pregnancy. I received the results today via email stating this pregnancy is low risk, no mention of the gender as requested and then when I called, I was told I need to make a doctors appointment to find out the results. So on top of spending $480 to have the NIPT test done, I now have to make an unnecessary appointment with my doctor and pay an additional fee to tell me the results of my NIPT that MUFW shouldve given me.
