        I have really benefited from my sessions with Lisa. She is calm, comforting and leaves me feeling relaxed and at ease. She is easy to talk to and I felt she really listened to what I was saying and ensured we worked on it.

I usually see Lisa when I am feeling challenged in an area of life - she has a true gift of being able to chat about what is going on & then impart her extensive skills & experience. Each time I leave feeling a thousand times better than when I arrived!!

        Despite the pandemic lockdown, it was wonderful to still be able to have sessions with Lisa. As much as I much prefer to have face-to-face sessions, I still managed to get my kinesiology and reiki benefits through online sessions with Lisa.
