        I have been attending this practice for over a year and have had no problems whatsoever. Easy to book, professional, gives good advice without having to type into the computer and read off the computer screen. Since moving to Bentleigh a year ago this is my family doctor.

        Very rule and unprofessional nurse at the reception. Her attitude is like saying "if you speak good English you should go and see other doctors; but if you don't, you have to bear the bad service"

        I am truly baffled by the positive reviews here and wondering if it is genuine. As far as I am concerned, I am extremely disappointed with the one and only Dr in this clinic Hexiang Yao. Also, his behavior is shockingly rude and unprofessional to tolerate. Not even a tiny sign indicates that he is acting on the best interest of his patients. No questions are allowed to ask nor seeking for clarifications. $50cent per page should you would like a copy of your result. Do NOT visit unless you are recommending it to your enemies and you hate them to your guts.
