Absolutely beautiful and caring staff. Came in very nervous and was quickly settled by the reception staff. This kind and calming nature was continually demonstrated by every member of staff that I dealt with, including the ophthalmologist Dr Jamieson. I understand that this is a high-demand workplace with lots of patients, but I was told to put aside two hours for my appointment, and the whole process was finished with about 20 minutes to spare. Highly efficient. We are lucky to have a business like this in Bendigo. Thank you so much.

You will literally go blind waiting to see someone! No one mentions when you book that it could take hours, but in reality you need 4 -6. Youll need to put a day aside and bring food! The Dr takes 5 mins is the silver lining. The staff are also the rudest dirty bogans I have ever encountered! No name tags on any staff for a reason.

Very bad service. Extremely rude staff. Ignoring patients, not answering ringing phones and chatting instead. My appointment was at 11.30am still waiting after 2.00pm. Many people are upset as were not told theyd be waiting 2 hours or more even though its on the sign! Asked reception once someone would get up and serve me how much longer, only to be lied to telling me 10 minutes and giving me a rude mouthful that they arent psychic. Considering I should be at work, Id like to know or at least get a realistic estimate. She did offer me a new patient letter that they dont bother sending out anymore!? She also told me my GP should have told me about their wait times? Every person that has asked how much longer has been spoken down to, no one was informed about the wait. Disgusting! They could at least be polite and answer reasonable questions. Ive not seen anyone be rude to staff despite the long wait, only rude staff!
