        I have always chosen flight centre bendigo as my first option in bookings but recently I have senr email and left messages for call back and have not received any response. Its like thay are doing so well they dont need anymore customers. I feel terribly let down.

        Very disappointed with the service I got for my booking to Japan was told E mails and phone calls would be sent which didn't arrive . and why I was sent to Tokyo airport which was very stressful to find transport to my Hotel then the Bullet train to Kyoto wasn't easy. Why I wasn't sent to Kyoto Airport where the tour started which would have been so easy I will never understand' Never again will I book with Flight centre
