Evans Shoes Bendigo

Worst customer service I have ever seen & experienced. I Walked in to the store on Saturday, was not greeted whilst 6 employees including the owner stood around and chatted about the music volume in the store. Not only was I looking for shoes for myself but also for my 2 children. Not once was I asked by anyone if I was in need of some help or if I was after anything in particular, to then walk towards the exit with still no acknowledgment but a general look up and down by the owner. I will never spend money in your store and support your local business after what was displayed. It absolutely disgusts me how customer service is no longer a priority. To the owner..never judge a book by its cover!

I went into Evans looking for a platform sandal. My sales person, Kay, was only to happy to help, and she found heaps of shoes that met my requirements. She spent quite awhile with me until I chose a shoe. There were two or three I wanted, but I only needed one. A few days later I went back for another pair and brought my husband, who also found something he liked. His size wasnt available, so they called another store and had it sent. We now both have new shoes and are very happy. Kay is lovely and very helpful. I even decided to get a gift voucher for a friends upcoming birthday because the choices, the service and everything was just so good. Thank you.

Bought some Birkenstock sandals which they had in stock, my size, the style I wanted. Easy to deal with, bright, friendly and listened to my needs regarding my feet problems. I'm in my 70's so aches and pains are a fact of life, they really listened to me and gave me two options to try. Walked out with 2 pairs. Highly recommend.
