        I have known Dirk de Moore, director of The Bendigo Hearing Clinic , as a client, for six years, the time of the diagnosis of my hearing loss. During that time, Dirk has assessed examination results , in order to identify the exact issue and to determine the most appropriate course of action. He has carefully explained the options and been unfailingly, both compassionate and patient. Dirk has always demonstrated strong analytical skills when dealing with the concerns that I have expressed and has always made himself available.
