        Poor customer service - I won't be returning next time. Day 1 - picked out glasses, and was quoted price. Day 2 eye test - so far so good. Then sat around for an hour waiting for paperwork. Quote was higher. Option was to change the frames, or pay more. Seriously, an hour to resolve something so basic that should have been correct at the start. Fingers crossed I get what I've paid for, but am lacking confidence.. I won't be a returning customer.
