        Paul managed to organise an amazing family holiday to the snow, sourcing accommodation and all the extras at a much better price than we were able to find ourselves. He was also amazing at helping us navigate all the changing COVID restrictions too, and made what could have been a really stressful process quite easy and simple. He was also great at clarifying cancellation policies etc in the lead up to our departure. If you're thinking of booking a holiday but nervous about what may happen if it gets cancelled or if there are COVID restrictions or lockdowns, do yourself a favour and let Paul guide you through it and do the hard work for you. Thanks for all your help, Paul!! And judging by how much my 2yo son loved the snow- I dare say we will talk to you soon about next year's trip!!
