I have been really lucky over the last few years to use the incredible cheese from Drysdale Cheeses for some events that we have been involved in. Their products are amazing and we would always turn to them when we are after consistent and delicious produce.

We went as a family of 5 to one of the tasting and sale to the public days. To be fair it was busy but as such people qued and we're allowed through in groups. So we qued for 15-20 minutes which was fine and went through in the front of our group. On the way through we were told that 8 or 9 people was the maximum but they actually brought 14 in. As a result by the time the tasting trays, which started at the back reached my family there was a maximum if 2 small pieces and often 1. We were told that they'd run out if a lot of the cheeses as they supply the local restaurants and just sell the excess at these tastings. They had 2 blue cheeses however none that could be sampled as they had run out of the "sampling cheese". End result we left without buying anything feeling that the visit had been an epic waste of time.
