Tracey was affordable and she was able to point out certain areas of caution in the section 32, but unfortunately her service felt rushed and i was quite confused as a first home buyer. It felt as though she had taken on too many clients. The house was not in the same condition to when I first inspected it (broken oven, substantial holes in the wall, etc) and she was unable to negotiate any fair compensation from the vendors. I was offered $200 and was told to take it or leave it. Labour/painting repairs cost over $1000. The paperwork/transfers were completed but she mistyped certain details such as my email address which resulted delayed estate fees and issues with the bank. The rushed service and being left confused, rather than guided throughout the FHB process was not worth 5 stars.
