Wow! The service that Cathy and David provided me was awesome. Before finding Period Details, I went to another supplier closer to me, but they weren't interested in helping me or answering any of my questions. If you need door hardware, don't waste your time going anywhere else, go straight to Period Details, you won't be disappointed.

Best customer service I've ever had! I went into Period Details today with some 5 year old broken door handles. Rather than selling me a new set, Dave dug out all the relevant tools and spare parts and proceeded to fix them on the spot. I couldn't be more thankful.

I needed a couple of small brass items at short notice. No one could provide them in my timeframe, except for Period Details. I was given great advice on superior products, was able to collect same day and the prices were great. I will definitely be shopping at Period Details for my restoration items again.
