        I went for a Colonoscopy and found the process and staff good HOWEVER my urgent referral to Eastern Health after the procedure was not sent as promised. The call taker person I spoke to at Direct Endoscopy to explain this situation showed zero empathy or care factor and in fact talked over me constantly even after I had explained the urgency of the referral. Rule one: When dealing with peoples health, dont employ people who have no care factor!

        I was very pleased with how simplistic and stress free the whole process was with Direct Endoscopy Bayswater. Every single receptionist, nurse, doctor and anaesthetist on the team was kind and explained the procedures very well to me. I didn't feel rushed, which I value in any kind of medical situation. The new building and location felt modern and clean, and I appreciated how they called me to see if I'd like to bring my appointment forward when someone else cancelled. All around a good and easy experience, thank you.
