        Worst customer service, we went there to get Telstra data only plan and the sales manager Cristina doesnt have any knowledge of the plans, it was 4:30 and the store was closing at 5 she asked us to come back next day. Asked us to go to other store. So we end up from buying from officeworks who provided good customer service and were way more attentive than staff at good guys Bayswater.

        Purchased a microwave, fridge, TV, and soundbar earlier this year. The fridge door has a huge dent (almost puncture) and I called about this the same day it was dropped off. In February. I was told the door would be replaced. 3 months later and I still have a damaged fridge because I was advised I'd be contacted to arrange a time - there was no follow up.

        Came all the way to Bayswater to pick up a tv we bought online (they said was in stock). When we got there they said that tv was out of stock and we have to drive even further to Springvale to pick up our tv we were planning to set up today. Springvale good guys was about to close, so now we have to come another day and drive further to just get a tv. If they tell us to drive somewhere to pick up a tv, It should be in stock! Upset about this.
