Baxter Pharmacy

This place is small and 'unassuming" but the level and quality of service from ALL of the staff is impeccable. Whilst I am from Geelong, I needed some help with scripts some months ago and the owner (I think) went well over and above to help me out. Just yesterday, I had an entirely different issue requiring again, extra assistance and the chap there whose name I think is "Rudy" was awesome. I felt for the poor bloke as I have never seen a pharmacist working so fast and clearly hard to satisfy the customers. He deserves a pay rise!!! Thanks Rudy, the owner and all the staff and I sincerely wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Went to get medication was told 10 minutes 25 minutes later still waiting then only for the person who was severed after me gets her medication all because she was getting inpatient finally get it at 4.27 pm when I went in at 3.55pm very unsatisfying

Bruce and the team are fantastic, if you're sick, they will deliver locally free of charge, they will price match, and have some fantastic events throughout the year, from free hearing tests,to a fantastic Christmas party, complete with personalised gifts! Bruce is also a justice of the peace, to help you with your documents etc, highly recommend you allow them to help you with your health, medication and general health advice and management, cannot recommend them enough
