This pharmacy consistently charges upwards of $4-$5 more for standard scripts. Even with a membership their prices are more than other chemists (and Im not talking about the chemist warehouses). Disappointing

Pharmacist Steven has denied a young female customer the morning after pill in front of me for what can only be described as his personal agenda. It felt strongly sexist, elitist and furthermore he seemed to have taken pride in his actions. I know how uncomfortable this process can be for women even when they arent being denied, he should really know better. I felt so distressed by his attitude and unwillingness to help the young lady that I needed to ask his name to spread awareness. DO NOT support this pharmacy. At least not while the self-righteous, rude and unprofessional Steven works here. Shame on him. I will never return.

Unfortunately, I have experienced poor service on most occasions that I go into the pharmacy, which is weekly (to pick up my Webster packs). The majority of the staff are not aware of what to do with my Webster packs and the reason I was given was, the weekend staff dont know what the weekday staff do. They constantly ask me to call Ted, I simply dont understand why the staff dont know what to do, as he knows that I pick up my Webster packs on weekends. When advising last weekend that I was going to stop my Webster packs and go elsewhere, the staff member said, youre the only one who has a problem. Clearly, the 3.5 star rating explains that there are other people that have a problem. Furthermore, there was an incident where one of my tablets was missing from my Webster Pack. There was no apology or no replacement tablet. I spend between $160-$200 p/m on medication and I have been to many pharmacies over the years, but I have never experienced service like this. I could write another 10 lines regarding what I have experienced in this pharmacy. Its fine if you need to pick up something quickly, but I would not recommend them if you need Webster Packs or regular medication.
