        Walked in late morning on a Sunday and was seen straight away. No wait met with friendly staff and straight into a room. I have a problem with needles and having my blood taken. The nurse was so calming and friendly - I had zero reaction or problem - was easy, painless and didnt feel nauseous or faint like I usually do.

        Waited for 3 hours for a blood test where 6 people were in front of me. Worst service.

        I dont usually post reviews, however Ive had several blood tests in Melbourne and this is by far the worst place Ive been to. The wait on a Sunday was about 1.5hrs, I arrived as soon as it opened (9am), go elsewhere

        Horribly rude staff. Hours say they close at 8pmapparently they stop taking patients at 7:45pm but will not notify you of that while youre waiting, even if you arrived and made yourself known to collector well before 7:45pm. Waste of time, only to be told off by a very rude pathology collector.
