Your staff should be ashamed of themselves. Speaking to customers with such attitude, wouldnt recommend anyone going here

The front desk person was helpful and friendly, as was the technician. Was in and out in under 30min. Recommend booking an early appointment.

I was there today with my baby and mother. I asked the receptionist if there was a way to get my baby down because I had a pram. She didnt bother to answer. And when I asked for the mask for my mother she was incredibly rude and threw it on the desk. Though the radiologist was great. Never going again.

Terrible management of costs charged for services. A simple X ray charged at over 200 dollars with less than 100 coming back from Medicare. I called three other I- med radiology places and none charged for that service. Give this place a miss and go elsewhere. I note the reply from I-MED, it says nothing, means nothing. basically they are saying...go else where. I urge everyone to do just that.
