        I am grateful that I got an appointment during this busy holiday period. However, I am beyond unhappy with my experience here. I asked to remove my old shellac and apply nail polish on my hands. The nail technician did not remove my old shellac off properly at all. She proceeded to apply the nail polish in such a rushed manner. The nail polish was all over the place. I told her I was unhappy with the application. She said that the nail polish was too thick and removed it all off. After removing the nail polish off, there was cotton ball fluff all over my nails and her hands. She still continued to repaint my nails and every time she took off the fluff with her hands, more fluff would go into contact with my nails. I must admit, the second nail polish application was a lot better compared to the first one however not good enough. I ended up removing it when I got home. Ive attached photos and you can see that the old shellac is still on my nails after removing the polish.

        I recommend this place very good for eyelash extensions. she did very gentle, Im not feeling some thing. Im got a nap and wakeup got beautiful lashes. I really love my lashes from this place
