Those are some fine chocolates! Had the chocolatiest mocha ever here. Others enjoyed their milkshakes and lattes! Will be back.

Staff always polite here, the complimentary chocolate makes the coffee that much better (freckle pot is my go to) and milk shakes are delicious. Plenty of chocolate gifts available on shelf as well.

My son & I have been coming here once a week for a while now, on each of our visits ( about 6 visits ) weve been offered a complimentary chocolate each time, & despite saying yes please, in all of that time its only been brought to us one time. Last time we visited this place, I ordered an iced coffee, along with our chocolate which we didnt get, I got a large slushy type of iced coffee, served in a milkshake cup, which was sweet & thick, not very nice. I wasnt keen to return today, but my son, who has severe autism, wanted the same routine, so we had another go, once again the complimentary chocolate wasnt brought out, I opted for a hot coffee this time, we had our biscuits, then my son wanted some water, he accidentally made a little mess & left a small puddle under the water bottle, when the shop staff went to wipe it up I apologised, all I got in return was a cold glance. Now Im super reluctant to return. Lousy service here & not very understanding staff.
