Booked in to use infra red sauna. The staff seem friendly enough but this place comes across as unprofessional and disorganised. I was greeted at the desk by a middle aged man wearing a black hoodie. He asked if I had an appointment, I said yes. He gave me a thumbs up and said no worries, take a seat! I was eventually lead to the back of the building by one of the actual staff to a room without a lock containing the sauna. They didnt have towels and no option to hire. When I went for the post sauna shower the bathroom was dirty. There were used foot towels on the floor and no laundry bin for my robe!! On top of that the light went out in the bathroom!. My husbands experience wasnt amazing either. On finishing his sauna he was met with a strong smell of rice as the staff had their dinner and one of them poked their head out of a side room holding her bowl whilst ushering him out the door.
