5 stars does not do him justice. Dr Phil has looked after me for over 5 years now. He is so calming, and nice he makes the whole process simple and easy. He always remembers me and the name of my husband and dog even when i took a break from seeing him for a year. He is just absolutely wonderful.

I came in from out of town. I had good poisoning the prior night and dramatically threw my neck and shoulders out in the process and woke up that day in alot of pain with stiff neck. I called based on prior reviews and liked the sound of the place. Unfortunately,they were fully booked. I explained my situation but fully booked is fully booked. 10 minutes later, I receive a call back from the lovely receptionist to advise she was able to squeeze me in a time if I still needed. Very grateful. The chiro himself, amazing!!! Picked every spot that hurt and put it back in its place. Felt very safe in his hands. The release was perfect! I am very grateful to these guys for fitting me in

I came to Ballarat for a holiday with the family and managed to tweak/injure something in my lower back to the point where walking was a major struggle and I was in constant pain. I booked an appointment with Dr Robert the following day after arriving in Ballarat and after our first meeting I already felt 60% better and walking was no longer painful. After my second appt 2 days later I was back to 80-90% mobility and little to no pain. Dr Robert helped me get back to my holiday and from the first appointment I was able to get back to running around with my little boy and family on our week long holiday. Dr Robert is a professional, polite person who really took time to get to know me and my situation knowing I was only going to be a client of his for a couple visits before returning home interstate. Highly recommend!

I found Phil when I was looking for a new chiro in Ballarat, his friendly easy going demeanor and skills as a chiro out class all other chiropractors I have encountered in the past, thankyou Phil for looking after me, in times when I'm not so good at looking after myself.
