        Went in today, Tellers at far end of building, queue all the was to the door at opposite end of building. Only 2 tellers working, slowly, queue moving exceptionally slow. It took between 30 and 35 mins just to get served. This is WAY to slow, how do they think the elderly or disabled feel having to endure this ? There where other staff there, "floating", but doing nothing. With their lack of customer care, looks like I'll be changing banks.

        I went in to check that I could use my Debit Card while overseas and was immediately upgraded to a Gold account, which will remove ATM fees & overseas transfer fees while we are away. I was very, very happy with the proactive service I received. Thank you.
