Dr Mah is one of the most caring specialist Ive ever met. After an accident at the playground with my toddler resulted in me getting a (suspected) broken nose, I visited my local GP and the closest Private Hospital Emergency Dept. As I was pregnant, neither would give me an X-ray or treat me, and told me to only return if the bleeding nose didnt stop. I called my obstetrician to tell her about the accident and she rang Dr Mah for advice on my nose. My OB called me back and told me what she had discussed with Dr Mah, and she gave me his contact details. She did mention Dr Mah was very busy and I may not be able to get in to see him in time. I called Dr Mahs office the next day and his lovely receptionist told me they could get me in first thing the next working day due to an appointment cancellation. When I met with Dr Mah he was kind, professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. Due to time constraints with nose fractures they managed to squeeze me in for the procedure to reset my nose that afternoon. Although my nose is still healing, Im very pleased with the outcome (my nose is straight again!) and very grateful for Dr Mah!
