The absolute best PT. Has supported me back to health and strength through different injuries and surgeries. Runs great group training classes my favourite is boxing. A great person that isn't judgemental, is supportive, and gets results. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Steph provides such a welcoming inclusive environment that is such a breath of fresh air compared to trainers and gyms so tied to diet culture. She makes you feel so at ease, and makes training fun and enjoyable! Additionally; as someone with chronic illnesses, having someone who has knowledge about how my conditions not only impact my ability to exercise but my day to day life, has been such a game changer.
