I am very disappointed with post construction service of company It is more than year that I am waiting for maintenance of the defects The main bedroom shower water profundity was not correct and water leaked few places Main door not fixed and there are a lot of defects that still waiting to be fixed after one year I do not recommend Denis family as a good construction company They are eager to get the job but their post construction service is completely hopeless I have added a sower phot that show after so many months still it is not fixed. I am very disappointed in management because nobody contact me to say when everything will be fixed. So very disappointed

I had been contacted by Pooja Singh during settlement phase after purchasing the Lot. She is very professional yet friendly in approach and she followed up regularly and I would highly rate her service added value to the purchase.

Live on one of their estates. Wish I had purchased land elsewhere - with a different developer. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

If there is a zero, I would give them that. We signed the contract in February 2021, foundation down 17 November 2021 and to date they would not give me a walk through date. No one takes ownership of their actions. No accountability what so ever. On going delays and they blame everything on Covid. Yes Covid caused delays however they entered the contract at the height of covid and the sales person assured us that it will be 8-9 months max. They give advice and we rely on it and it turns out to be misleading. Their senior managers over promise and under delivers. We are incurring a lot of financial losses as a result of their actions and delays and no accountability. We have build before and our experience with them is just terrible. They are pushing us into Christmas and they know we wont be able to secure movers or delivery of our items in storage. Their customer service is just so poor and their communication is disastrous. There is a disconnection between their internal departments. Their internal system is broken. We are approaching Christmas and I do not know where I will be during Christmas purely based on their incompetence.
