I have seen several doctors and practice nurses at this practice, over several years. All have been wonderful - knowledgeable, skillful, caring and compassionate. I feel very fortunate to have this practice nearby and accessible to me, and would unhesitatingly recommend it.

I've never experienced any one at this clinic as being smug or smarmy. They are friendly, down-to-earth and approachable. I hope the Government is supporting our COVID-19 frontline workers with support staff and financial assistance. If not, I hope they make some legislative amendments to support frontline workers for when future pandemics arise. A BMJ article stated healthcare workers are 7 times more likely than other workers to have severe COVID-19. It disgusts me to read of the COVID-19 scientists, doctors and politicians being targeted with death threats and abuse when they are the ones putting their health on the line to serve the public. Scientists and doctors are people, too! Stop the hate!

Really shocked to hear about an elderly relative who does not drive anymore going to this, their local med centre and being told the appointment was not booked ( but had an appt card to prove it, just not with them at the time) and being kept ( with their voluntary driver) for an hour in the hope the appointment could be kept...only to be told sorry... come back in a few weeks. And then the new appointment was not 100% convenient due to a corresponding medical appointment around the same time ...but no better alternatives were even offered. I really Hope the operators of this centre read this. It seems customer service is lacking seriously in this surgery... even when the elderly and ill are the clientele it seems to mean nothing. Hope whoever served or dis-served my relative experiences this kind of issue themselves one day!!!!!! And if you need clarification...read the smarmy snotty reply below!!!!!!!
