        I was a fitness trainer working at a Sydney gym. Due to postpartum weight gain and the Covid19 lockdowns, I put on a lot of weight. Recently, I entered a John Grays Fitness competition online and randomly won. Thank you John Grays Fitness for running this competition. I found the staff at John Grays Fitness to be professional, understanding and friendly. Including Lauren and Liam. It was such a pleasure to talk to John Gray himself on the telephone! I reminisce about the days as a Fitness Instructor and this positive experience may just be the catalyst for change. I still know people in the fitness industry. John Grays Fitness will definitely be discussed in future conversations. Well done Team!
