Working with Alyona was my first ever experience with therapy - And it absolutely exceeded my expectations of what is possible to achieve with a specialist who can guide you and tailor the experience for your needs! I worked with Alyona 2 times a week for a couple of months now while going through a tough period of my life. She used different approaches and other modalities, and truly created a safe space for me to support me in the exact way I needed! My deep yearning for spiritual support as well was met with understanding and compassion by her, which is a gift. I would highly highly recommend working with her and entering such a special healing space.
