I had a poor experience when looking for a psychologist through the recommended website. I received a call from admin staff at Myndful Psychology. She hadnt read my enquiry and was trying to match me to psychologists I had never heard of (not the one I enquired about) because in her role she gets commission. The person who places you with a psychologist at Myndful Psychology gets paid commission! They need to place you with someone so they can get paid. I wasnt talking to someone who had read my enquiry or acknowledged that I had enquired about a particular psychologist. When I spoke to the business owner she was apologetic, yet not transparent about the commission structure. Thats not how I want to begin a therapy experience.
