        An extremely unprofessional attitude toward customer service. I was advised an alteration would take two days to complete and to pay upfront. Upon my THIRD visit to collect my item - another 5 days later - well after when I needed the garment; I was advised I needed to pay more money than the original quote for the garment to be released. This is my second and last bad experience with this laundromat. Clearly she's just - in her own words - "Too busy! Too busy!"
