After inspecting rental & promising to present rental in improved satisfactory condition. absolutely nothing was improved. After putting in writing a page plus of issues, INCLLUDING A LEAKING ROOF, the rental department proceeded to gaslight and try to get us to deal with the landlord directly, removing their responsibility and ownus... days into a lease. Pierre & the rental team proceeded to gaslight and provide unrealistic resolutions as if double bond & 4 weeks rent wasnt paid in advance (6k+) i moved in, found disagreed and complete breaches of tenacy agreements from the get go & their attiude was to not cooperate with any asks after moving truck had left, leaving me in limbo of what to do being put in this situation below are pics, which i have many more to include(if HPG are prepared to gaslight more)... i was promised the house would be cleaned, gardening would be done, personal items removed & never promised a leaking roof before leasing the property all of which obviously wasnt abided by, by HPG. complete disregard for renters, their families, the cost of moving and the effort to provide a clean & agreed on condition to rent!
