They came out and inspected my ducted system and cleaned the ducts, which they billed me for and I paid straight away. They needed to come back to service the part of the unit on the roof of the building, but they cannot be contacted to arrnage this. I tried their office number, mobiles, email, even a Whats App message. It would seem the dont want my job, and thats fine, but it is very dissapointing that they will not even reply to me to say so. I guess they were hoping I would just go away, which I have. I would recommend try someone else. Service: Heating system maintenance

Bradmac has been amazing right from step one. Right from Brad coming over to look at the system with Carmela managing our questions and Thomas responding to the operational queries. The whole team is so patient, polite, professional and customer friendly which is what makes Bradmac stand out. Mitch, Aaron, Rocco did not shy away working in the rain just because they had promised us the working of the unit that particular day. I will always recommend everyone to use only Bradmac. Bradmac found a solution to my heating needs - everything right from giving me a quote to installation was seamless and professionally done. The team were very helpful when answering my many questions when giving me a quote. They also came on time and did an excellent job with installing the new system.
