Staff, food, gin were all fantastic! The staff were very knowledgeable about their gin selection. We truly enjoyed the gin tasting tray. I was a bit sceptical about the "fusion Asian (why do I need to come all the way down here and try Asian food when I'm an Asian myself?)", but oh my you are missing out. We absolutely loved the pork belly and short ribs. The beansprout salad with coconut dressing was brilliant! Make sure you also try the palm sugar & coconut ice cream too!

Beautiful meal! Party of 6, with 2 vegans - we got the chefs choice 5 course menu and every single dish was delicious! Also, the drinks! We will definitely be back to continue working our way through the cocktails! (One of the vegans was a bit sad that there was not a dairy free espresso martini option) The atmosphere was lovely and all the staff were brilliant!
