Got the old 'attempted delivery but you were unavailable ' text, despite me being home at that time (all day) working in clear view of the front door, and security camera footage to prove. No card either. Lying, lazy courier.

Package not delivered even though the authorise to leave was filled out and left taped to letter box. Delivery driver not only removed the authority, he put the previous days date 17th instead of 18th on the new delivery slip. I saw the delivery driver leaving as they left just as I was walking out the door. This was the second attempt at deliver our package, the first we coped and paid an extra $30 to have it rescheduled as it looked like we werent home. Very disappointed and will avoid using their delivery service wherever possible in the the future.

Agree, DO NOT USE! Utterly hopeless. Lost 3 parcels out of three in the last 3 months. And, they simply don't care.... we have travelled to the depot (140km round trip) to collect to be told its not there. Slovakia can get parts to Australia in 3 days, FEDEX can't get parts from mainland Australia to Tasmania without loosing them. Their staff are incompetent and really do not care. They hide behind their phones and emails. They even cut us off 3 times in one call trying to locate our package. WORST SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Any company wanting to train their staff use FEDEX as an example as how not to do it!
