Exceptional service from start to finish. Jared in TAS was very professional and excellent at walking me through the process, time frames and costs/benefits involved. Very patient as well with 2 kids running around when he came to my home! Install and service since has been awesome.

Poor customer service. Waiting over an hour for a home visit which never eventuated. Called to follow up where they were and promised a call back. 1110 we received a phone call from someone claiming the person was essentially MIA. We had other appointments to attend to and was now not at home when we received yet another phone call stating that they had double booked and they could have made the appointment by 1030 if we had agreed from the 1110am phone call, interestingly enough it was now 12pm so unsure and confused how they could commit to a time already passed. Received yet another phone call stating that mobile services were down, excuses after excuses. We would have signed a contract today but after the poor service today we will be seeking alternative options.

Waited over an hour, we called the call centre to see where they were, eventually get a call to say could be at our property on 20 minutes. If this is an indication of service we will take our business elsewhere. Not even an apology, just excuses

Horrible response to issues with inverter Smart Energy installed! Having had 4 previous solar instals in previous homes, I have never encountered an inverter (Sun Grow) that is so incredibly loud that one cannot work from the home. Smart Energy requested videos to replicate sound and come back with "this is normal". Yet, the sound, on a sunny day is so incredibly loud I have to make phone calls for work from outside the home! They then claim that "Sun Grow inverters are known for being loud". To which my response is well, knowing that this is installed in a crawl space adjacent to living spaces, they should not have provided us a Sun Grow inverter! Smart Energy doesn't have an issue selling you a whole-house system, but their post-sales follow-through is horrendous!
