I saw these people in November 2022 and had an excellent first interview . Advice received was to pay initial consultancy fee of $3.5k and statement of advice would be provided . Upon receiving SOA they recommended they manage my super themselves ongoing and pay a further $3.5k per annum (despite advising no other fees) . I accepted initial fee for them to rollover funds etc however declined the need for them to manage my investments ongoing . Once this was conveyed to them I felt as though my value as a client was totally eroded . The Statement of advice I received was riddled with mistakes and even names of previous clients in the advice document . They had obviously just typed over a previous document . Unprofessional. I was told that if I wanted anything further they would charge $350 an hour . Even after I advised them I wouldnt require a second interview . Disappointing experience all round

Nicole and her team have been fantastic. If it was up to us she will get a zillion rating. She always listens to our needs and does a ton of research and comes back to us to look after us by giving us the best advice. We are mighty impressed about her kindness and helping nature. We are blessed to have her and her team in our lives. After moving to Australia we have met some great and kind individuals and she is on top of the list and our financial needs have been looked after very well by her.

We have been using the services of Florisson Financial for a good few years now, and have found Nicole and her team easy to deal with. Its good to know that there someone sitting in the background keeping an eye on legislative changes and the like.
