would not give this "engineer" even 1 star if it was possible. awful experience. no attention to detail. months of delays. constantly asking for payment when no useable plans provided.

Do not use this company , Would not recommend as theyre happy to sign off , but never get back to when theres a problem , Also when I did have lots of problems he had the cheek to ask for money for reports that he had sign off on and already been paid . Do not use this company . Horrible experience

We are extremely disappointed by the service provided by Joe Mamic and Associates. Months of delays, lack of attention to detail, absent / poor communication, $264.00 fees for Inspections that lasted 30 seconds and were not done correctly (we have proof). When we brought these issues to their attention to give them an opportunity to fix it, their response was as equally pathetic as their service. We were rudely told that we were wrong and they would not be submitting our documents to council until we paid them. This is despite an unexplained delay of three months and the wrong invoice being sent to us. At no time was there any communication in regard to delays and the entire process left us feeling frustrated, ripped off and disrespected.
