Huge shout out to Chris and the service team at Jayco Hobart. Been having issues with solar and trying to push through until first service booked in two weeks. Completely lost 12v 4 days ago and he made room for today to inspect and repair (on holidays from QLD) Great customer service and knows their product, cheers team

These guys are not even worth a rating disgusting service. I was in touch back in November 2022 regarding a couple of windows to be replaced told it would be January I rang in February to find out whats going on told by Ella she would get back to me it's now April still waiting .... Prior to that I had trouble with a security screen door, nope they wanted nothing to do with it I had to chase parts and sort the door and get an outsider to fix Bought brand new treated like dirt Don't go there just RUN

Amazing customer service from Chris, Ella and the team at Charles St service. Went above and beyond when I was in a real pickle over a broken hot water system in my motorhome.
